Instead of lazing about the house, let us take a journey together to Madame Portia's House of Charms for a very special fortune telling session with two of our fave celebs, Brad and Angie. Come along now little ones. No need to be frightened...
As we enter her abode, Madame P takes one look at Mr. Pitt and freezes at his uncanny resemblance to now director, former actor/ heartthrob Robert Redford ( Madame P informs us all that Mr. Redford once interviewed her about her powers of the occult for research on the Horse Whisperer). After recovering her senses, Madame P informs our young Achilles that his resemblance to Bobby grows stronger everyday and shows him a photo of the young Redford to convince him of this fact. (Very similar to Pitt, is he not? Particularly that killer smile.)
A Young Robert Redford. |
Brad waves off Mme. P's silly ideas as mere superstition, while Angie smugly dismisses her for failing to call upon Mother Earth before wielding her magic.
Angelina Jolie |
Brad Pitt |
Despite their skepticism, the room begins to spin around Brangelina. Brad looks down at his denim shirt and realizes he might as well call himself Sundance. The gorgeous Jolie briefly catches her own reflection in Mme. P's crystal ball and is bored into a near-catatonic state after seeing that she is wearing a black Grecian evening gown, yet again.
Madame Portia speaks: "Brad and Angie, look deep into my crystal ball...and observe your future."
An older Robert Redford |
Sibylle Szaggars, aka the current Mrs. Redford |
Brangelina are powerless to resist Madame Portia's command, and there within the cyrstal orb, Brangie watch themselves transform into none other than Mr. and Mrs. Robert Redford! Suddenly, the image fades and Brangie snap out of the spell.
After paying Mme. P's fee for her services (two tickets to Angie's next fundraiser!), Brad and Angie realize they should not be ashamed to be destined to such a fate. After all, Mr. Redford has aged rather gracefully. And Mr. Redford's wife looks very elegant, revising the hairstyle of the younger Jolie in a way that suits her age and is quite chic. Even her black Grecian gown, so often boring in a younger woman, is classic and flattering in a woman of Mrs. Redford's age. Brangie embrace as they realize that if they make it as a couple, they will very likely resemble the Redfords someday. And this is not such a bad fate after all.
