Angelina Jolie Circa 1984

So, here's a riddle for you, dear hearts: What do you get when you cross Joan Collins with Tammy Wynette?

Still haven't guessed it darlings? Why the answer is Angelina Jolie, of course.

Oh, Angie, dear, what were you thinking? Between the strong shoulders in your gown and the giant aquanetted  hair, we're not sure if we've been thrown into a 1984 soap opera or a bad country song. Ange, let's tone down the hair next time, shall we?

The Best (and the Worst) of the Hollywood Wigs

Contrary to what we may have reported, Anne Hathaway did not cut her luscious locks, after all, for this pixie  on the left (thank you US Weekly). Which got us thinking that we should take a closer look at some of the wigs around Hollywood to see who has managed to do it best over the years.

Classic waves
Again, here is Ms. Hathaway. Again, super cute pixie wig, but her hair is truly one of her best features. We're glad she's holding onto it for now.

Like Hathaway, Angelina Jolie has worn her share of wigs for movies. She wore a raven mane for her movie Salt, which isn't a crazy departure (see right pic below). But her natural brunette is so much prettier than the jet black hair. Wow. I can literally feel her whipping her head around in slow mo for this shot on the left. She really has a great head of hair doesn't she? We hate her. Mr. Fashionista thinks she's mannish. We think he might be crazy.

Madame Portia's Crystal Ball: The Future of Brad and Angie

Happy Labor Day dear hearts!

Instead of lazing about the house, let us take a journey together to Madame Portia's House of Charms for a very special fortune telling session with two of our fave celebs, Brad and Angie. Come along now little ones. No need to be frightened...

As we enter her abode, Madame P takes one look at Mr. Pitt and freezes at  his uncanny resemblance to now director, former actor/ heartthrob Robert Redford ( Madame P informs us all that Mr. Redford once interviewed her about her powers of the occult for research on the Horse Whisperer).  After recovering her senses, Madame P informs our young Achilles that his resemblance to Bobby grows stronger everyday and shows him a photo of the young Redford to convince him of this fact. (Very similar to Pitt, is he not? Particularly that killer smile.)
