We are way behind on blogging the Fashion Show and we can't even pretend to catch up, but we have decided to give you a few highlights from last week's episode, in which the designers were required to create weekend looks from "lost and found" clothes, anyway:
1. Iman reduces all of the remaining designers to the insignificant posers that they are by telling them that all of the designs sucked and no one deserves to win. And let's face it, most of the kids (except Dominique maybe) have not given us any indication that they are deserving of real live designer status yet.
2. Despite this, the House of Nami wins again.
3. And, finally, finally Dominique wins. And we must say her win is well-deserved as her dress, made from umbrellas, was adorable and creative. However, we fear that Dominique will be in trouble in the future as her boyfriend David was cut for his totally uninspired cheap Banana Republic safari chic knock off.
4. Cesar has started to make some really ugly clothes. He had better watch himself.
5. And, then, finally, there was our fave line of the night, from who else, but Calvin:
"Cesar deny me on stage. Dominique, stabbing me in the back. Jeffrey kick the crap out of me. Oh, now the new ballgame has just drop-ped. So I'm coming back, and just like eh. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAA!"
Please, please Fashion Show producers do not cut Calvin. He provides way too much entertainment to lose.
This week, there was no new episode, so until next week, ciao.

The Fashion Show Ultimate Collection: Synergy with the Real Housewives
1. The Challenge. Specifically, the designers are required to design a ballgown fit for a charity gala. Calvin is immediately freaked out, and in a serious case of pot calling the kettle, declares: "I don't work with clients because they're kind of bitchy." Truer words were never spoken Cal, at least with respect to some of the Housewives.

The Fashion Show Ultimate Collection: Man Up
1. The Challenge. Soon thereafter, Iman sends word to the remaining contestants to meet her at the Museum of Natural History. Once the designers arrive, they see nine metal boxes surrounding a fortune cookie shaped fountain. Iman informs them that in the middle of the fountain is a time capsule, which will be opened in 1000 years. Similarly, in each of the nine metal boxes surrounding the fortune cookie is a time capsule for a different year. Each designer will choose a different box and his or her look must then be inspired by the year of the time capsule he or she chooses. However, all looks must still fit together as a collection.
For Team Emerald, Golnessa must design for 1951, Jeffrey for 1989, Cesar for 2001, and Cindy for 1965. For Team Nami, Eduardo must design for 1976, Calvin for 1957, Dominique for 1994, Rolando for 1969, and David for 1982. Once everyone has their design year, Iman informs the designers that they must also use plaid in their designs. Moaning and groaning ensues as most designers can't imagine having to work with plaid.

The Fashion Show Ultimate Collection: Swashbucklers Unite!
1. The Challenge. Woah. Iman is in a tin foil jumpsuit. Fabulous. Mata Hari, vampires... The challenge this week is to create night time looks inspired by the femme fatale. Fun! The other twist is that the Fashion Show will be tomorrow, meaning they will only have 24 hours to complete their looks.

2. The Workroom. Now that Cesar is in the House of Emerald, he gets to work bossing his new team around and pretty immediately tells Tamara that her fabric doesn't fit in, that she should stop working on her outfit and come help the rest of the team out with the mood board. Of course, when Isaac comes in to check out the mood board, he's not too impressed and also adds "Cal's on the other team now, so you kind of have to beat them." Ha! Team Emerald continues to struggle.Golnessa finds her fabric uncooperative and Tammy and Cesar continue to bicker.
Team Nami, on the other hand, seems to be doing just fine, even with Calvin. They've decided to go with a purple and black 1940s vampire theme. Isaac likes the idea very much. Nami then gets to work, and aside from Rolando seeking help from Cesar (and Cesar actually helps him!), nothing too controversial happens. Of course, Cesar's not the only one consorting with the enemy. Calvin and Tammy are BFFs.

The Fashion Show Ultimate Collection: Body Image
1. The Challenge. After the bitch session, the designers all meet up with Iman at the Bodies art exhibition, which consists of art displaying the human body from the inside out. Which can only mean that this week's challenge is to design a collection inspired by the human body. The designers then walk around the room and get some inspiration. David says he loves the vagina and plans to use it as his inspiration.

The Fashion Show Ultimate Collection Episode 1
| Iman |
1. Let's meet the players, shall we?
Iman is playing the role of Heidi Klum. She seemed a bit stiff in this inaugural episode, but we think this gal's got some serious promise. Although we're slightly afraid of the statuesque beauty after this episode (which is strange because we always kind of thought of her as a soft spoken, kind woman), she is certainly not boring. No cutesy Heidi "hellos" from this Somalian model, but we trust her fashion sense as Iman truly is a fashion icon.
