Red Carpet: 14th Annual Hollywood Awards Gala

Oh oh oh oh little China Girl.

We're torn here. We actually think this dress looks pretty cute on Hilary Swank. We also really like Hil's hair pulled back as it makes her look less like a horse than usual. At the same time, we think there's something cheap looking about this dress. And, then, there's the fact that she looks like she should be working at a Chinese restaurant. Stick a couple of chopsticks in her hair and the look would be complete. But we're gonna give her an IN, anyway, just because we like her hair pulled back so much.

And then we have Milla Jovovich, looking a bit like a geisha. We hate this gown. We can't even explain to you why we hate it exactly, other than the fact that we think she bought it off of the sale rack at Macy's, it appears to be a size too big, and the orange totally clashes with her red hair (which we also don't like). Needless to say, Milla is OUT.

What do you think dear hearts?

  1. As for the first, anything that does not make her look like a horse is automatically in. As for the second, it looks like a dress that Christan hendricks should be wearing. the difference is that Christina could fill it out whereas, as you said Mrs. fashionista, it looks like something off of the sales rack.

  2. In, out. Just like you said. Why doesn't Hillary always wear her hair back?

  3. I actually thinks that the hair works on Milla, but that dress is totally fug on her.

  4. Christina is a great pick for that dress, particularly if it were a little lower cut...I think with the right tailoring, perfection!
