The Eight Faces of Carrie Underwood

For the third year in a row, Carrie Underwood hosted the Country Music Awards. And, once again, she was only permitted to stay in any one outfit for 10 minutes or less. Let's go ahead and take a look dear hearts.

Mermaid v. Prom Queen
While we could do without the middle flounce in the mermaid gown, that purple dress has a polyester bridal look about it.

Winner: Mermaid

This one is close for us. We think the pink dress is more flattering on Carrie than the blue, and oddly we think the pink dress is a bit more grown up (or maybe it's just  her hair which looks more grown up?). Regardless, we still like the other dress more as we're partial to architectural dresses and we love that particular shade of blue.

Winner: Origami

Heidi  v. Marcia Brady
No question here. The Heidi-inspired tutu dress on the left is fit only for the most inbred of Hee Haw cast members. The dress on the right is adorable and we love the color and the print on Carrie.

Winner: Marcia, Marcia, Marcia

Tumor Dress v. King of Pop

This was actually a tough call. We like the tumor dress quite a bit actually. That is we would love it after a few rounds of chemo. The size of the growth on that shoulder is scary and unappealing.  Of course, we're not huge fans of Michael Jackson-inspired jackets either. However, we think the pants are pretty cute on Carrie and after seeing her in so many dresses, the King of Pop wins.

Winner: King of Pop
