Second Season Premiere: Best Dressed of the Glee Gang

Hello gentle people,

So, the cast of Glee turned up for their own Season 2 premiere party. Imagine that? As such, they have turned themselves over to the public opinion. And our best dressed picks are:..

1. Jayma Mays. Cute as a button. And kind of saucy, too.

We would love to see Jayma sexing it up a bit more regularly on the red carpet. But we actually think she's achieved a nice mixture of sweet and sexy with this little number. The dress has nice texture. Overall, it screams girl next door, but the short length also suggests little goody two shoes may be up for some fun as well. And the teal is divine with her hair color.

 2. Kevin McHale. Geek Chic. Artie knows how to work what he's got that's for sure. He fully embraces his inescapable dorkiness on a regular basis to great effect.

3. The Cheerleaders.



First up, we've got Heather Morris. Her character, Brittany, never disappoints with her absurd one-liners.

Heather's dress could be seen as a bit boring from afar, but it's got some great details (notice the zipper and pleats at the top).

But what we really love is her hair. She looks elegant and fierce.












And, then, of course, there's Naya Rivera, our resident baddie.

And former real-life love of the adorable Mark Salling, aka Puck. We think this dress is worthy of a gal who will key her boyfriend's car for looking at other ladies (these rumors have been denied of course). The dress is short, but not too short for being so tight (please take note Heidi), and we love ourselves a pattern, particularly when the pattern is more like color blocking. We also love Santana's gorgeous shoes. At first we thought they were a little too dainty, but in the head on shots, they really work. Oh, and just like her sister-in-cheer Heather Morris, her hair is absolutely gorge.









And, last, but, unfortunately, least, there is the beautiful Dianna Agron. She is a knock out for sure, but, frankly, we are getting very, very bored with her Mad Men looks. Impeccable for sure, but we are so over it already.









Special Honorable Mention goes to:

Dot Marie Jones, who plays Coach Sannon Beiste, would not ordinarily win any awards whatsoever for her ensemble here, other than frumpiest all black outfit ever. However, we adore people with a sense of humor on the red carpet.  In other words, not only is her ensemble a joke, but at least she knows it. And that gets our seal of approval! You gotta love her 360.
