Best Dressed Actresses at the Scream Awards

Many of our fave celebs attended this year's Scream Awards. Some looked divine, while other looked screamingly awful. And the nominees for Best Dressed are:

1. Blake Lively. We think this gray looks very pretty on the always fashionable Blake Lively. The leather detail is also interesting and the jewel detail at the neckline adds just the right amount of sparkle to break up a look that might otherwise be a bit drab.

2. Rutina Wesley. The always troubled Tara positively glows here. Her makeup and hair are beautiful. The dress is interesting and flattering and we love her accessories.

3. Anna Paquin. We very much like Miss Sookie Stackhouse's black dress here. It is totally her style and we're always a fan of a half sleeve. On the other hand, her hair looks messy and we think she could use some color. We think a brighter lipstick or one pop of color with an accessory could have gone a long way here.

And the winner is...Rutina Wesley. Blake Lively may have put forth a more fashion forward look, but Rutina just looks so very happy and pretty here that we're giving her the win. Well done Tara!
