What Mrs. Fashionista Wears on Vacation

So, dear hearts, it's bone-chillingly cold outside and so, for our winter vacation this year, Mr. Fashionista and I have decided to jet off to the beautiful and exclusive Caribbean island of Nevis. We, of course, require a completely new and fab wardrobe for our trip, and have basically decided to pack the following items...

1. The Floppy Hat. Always required in a sunny location. By the pool or for dining al fresco.

2. Polished Luncheon Dress. You never know when you might decide to lose the flip flops for something a bit more civilized. This dress could be perfect for a lunch at a chic seaside restaurant. And, heck, we could maybe even wear this little dress with some dressy flip flops.

3. An ensemble for a day of shopping. We think this little short suit looks both comfy and put together enough to shop in the chicest of boutiques. And if we get tired of buying things, we could always just stroll along the beach collecting seashells. Aw who are we kidding? We are really just looking for an excuse to dress up like a cross between Madeleine and a sailor.

4. Party Dress. After a hard day of lounging by the pool, eating lobster and shopping, we will most likely need to get our groove on with a pina colada in hand. And there's no reason not to look good while shaking it.
