Part 2: If We Were Rachel Zoe in Milan...

Shake it, gentle readers! Another trend we noticed during Milan Fashion Week was a generous use of fringe in quite a few glam looks created by high profile designers for the 2011 spring season.

1. Golden Girl. First, this gorge gilded gown by Versace is sure to see a red carpet during awards season. Not only do we love the fringe, but we totally dig the detailed bodice. We think Demi Moore could look pretty fab in this little number and there is no way Ashton would be hooking up with twenty-one year olds after seeing his sweetie in this gown.Celebrities make their arrivals on the red carpet at the 82nd Annual Academy Awards held at the Kodak Theatre on March 7, 2010 in Hollywood, California. 2. Rockin' with Roberto. The next gown, by Roberto Cavalli, is a little bit bohemian, a little bit rock n roll. And who better to rock this number than Nicole Richie, the queen of boho style.Photo by: AT1/Xposure/starmaxinc.com 2010 6/8/10 Nicole Richie at the Glamour Women of the Year Awards. 3. Gorgeous Gucci. This Gucci confection, in a gorgeous salmon color, requires a fashionista with a fierce sense of style. And we think Zoe Saldana is just the gal to pull it off. The color would look amazing on her and we think she could convince even Joan Rivers, herself, to include her on a best-dressed list.BERLIN - JULY 07: Actress Actress Zoe Saldana arrives at the World of Calvin Klein event during the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2011 on July 7, 2010 in Berlin, Germany. 1. I can't disagree with any of your choices and am glad to see that I am not the only one who loves fringe.

  2. If (the other) Rachel requests a reference, just let me know. I think that you would do a fabulous job.

  3. The first dress I think looks very unflattering on the waist of a model. And when something looks unflattering on a skinny model, well, it's a proble. Overall though. I loved your picks. makes for a great Monday morning.
